Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

UK Delivery

  • Free Standard UK Delivery is available on orders of £60 or more.
  • For orders under £60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total order weight.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 24 with Signature are also available as paid delivery upgrades.

International Delivery

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.
  • Our standard international checkout rates cover parcels up to 5kg. If no international shipping option is available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote.
  • For larger quantity orders, please contact us before ordering. We can calculate the most suitable shipping cost and send you a secure Shopify checkout link for payment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Where applicable, these charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the local customs authority, postal service or delivery carrier before or at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
